Annual Playgroup Leader and Family Member Survey Giveaways  – June 2022

  1. To qualify for this giveaway you must complete either the Playgroup Leaders Annual Feedback Survey or the Family Members Annual Feedback Survey
  2. To qualify for this giveaway your full name and email address must be input at the end of the survey
  3. Up to six (6) winners – three (3) from each survey – will be selected at random
  4. Entry is open to Australian residents only
  5. Prizes cannot be shipped outside of the state of Victoria, Australia
  6. The prizes include -2 x $100 Coles Group and Myer Gift Card, 2 x Lego Prize Packs 2 x Crayola Prize Packs (Please note the prize packs contain a variety of products from Crayola and LEGO and stock will be subject to availability)
