Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of PLAYGROUP VICTORIA INC. A0012387K (“the Association”) will be held via Zoom on 24th October 2023 at 12.15pm 

The business of the meeting will be:

1. To confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
2. To receive from the Board reports upon the transactions of the Association during the financial year 2022-2023, including the chairperson’s report
3. To receive and consider the Auditor’s Report and Audited Accounts on the financial affairs of the Association for the financial year 2022-2023
4. To receive and consider the financial statement submitted by the Association to members in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic)
5. To elect the position of Chairperson to the Board of Governance of the Association
6. To elect the positions of elected members to the Board of Governance of the Association
7. To appoint the Auditor, Secretary and Honorary Solicitor of the Association
8. To consider any other business
