Do you offer refunds of playgroup registration and family membership?

During these unprecedented times, Playgroup Victoria are continuing to provide you with as much support as we can from afar. We have ongoing play ideas, inspiration and opportunities to connect. Over the next few months we will be contacting every playgroup to check in and see if there is more that you need from us. We have so much to learn from you and would like you to share this with the wider playgroup community. Your Playgroup Registration and Family Membership is essential to enable us to do this as this helps us to connect with you directly and provide you with information, resources and advice. 

For those who have a Family Membership, you have access to the Loyalty Program which enables you to purchase discounted store cards and vouchers. We hope that this will be particularly helpful at this time. If you would like to access this, you can for as little as $10 for 6 months here. Where a playgroup or family are facing financial hardship and require a refund, Playgroup Victoria will provide a refund of the pro rate value remaining based on when the registration or membership commenced.

Do I need a Microsoft account to login to my portal? 

Yes. You will receive an email from Microsoft, walking you through the sign-up process. Once you have created your account, you’re all set!

Rest assured, this is not spam. We have chosen the Microsoft platform to ensure your details are kept safe. The email from Microsoft is inviting you to login to our new system.


What’s my Membership ID?

From now on, your email will be your username, you will not require a Membership ID number.  


How do I change my playgroup details?

The primary contact of the playgroup can change the playgroup details via their portal. Click on the My Playgroup button to edit. Only the primary contacts can edit and change details.

What is the Loyalty program about?

The loyalty program offers you discounts with major retailers in Australia. Once you are logged into your portal, click on the Loyalty Program link at the top of the page. You may start by purchasing an e-Card or a Gift Card (to avoid credit card surcharges, we recommend you transfer money to your eWallet a couple of days before you make a purchase). Gift cards can be passed on to your family and friends.


How do I access the monthly booklets?

Monthly booklets can be accessed by Family Members. Login to your portal at the beginning of the month and the booklet will be awaiting you. If the latest booklet is not there on the first day of the month, please be a patient as we are a small team, it will not be far away. If you are not a member yet, click here to join.


How do I find past editions of the monthly booklets?

You can access past booklets in our Useful things for your playgroup tab, within your portal.


How do I find information about insurance? 

Login to your portal and click on the Insurance Information tab.


Where do I find the Wild Things Bush Play Set-Up Guide?

The Wild Things Bush Play Set-Up Guide is a Family Member benefit. It is located in the Family Member portal.


Where can I advertise my playgroup?

When signing up, click to be part of our Find a Playgroup page. This is our most visited page and enables people to search and find your group. We also suggest that you join our closed Facebook community group. Here you can post and share about your playgroup. Click here to join The Wonderful World of Playgroup on Facebook.
