Rebecca Middleton GAICD - Deputy Chair of Playgroup Victoria

With qualifications in App Sc,  Masters in Rural Commerce and post graduate governance and risk management qualifications and experience, Rebecca has been a board member since 2006 including as risk & audit chair and treasurer. Rebecca has experienced the links created with rural communities for parents and children through regional playgroup involvement.  For the last 7 years, Rebecca has been a Director of her own management consultant business consulting in project based work in IT, HR, HSE and Risk Management frameworks and procedures.
   
   

Natalie Gilbertson​ - Elected member

Natalie was elected to the board in October 2014 and enjoys attending Playgroup with her three young sons. Natalie is an Engineer with post graduate qualifications in Business and Project Management and has recently gained experience in grant writing and fundraising for various community organisations.

     
 

Felicity Dunn - Chair of Playgroup Victoria

Felicity was appointed to the board in 2015. Felicity runs a service providing parent satisfaction surveys on behalf of early childhood education & care providers, as well as running projects around education and training.She served as President of her community kindergarten for several years and, prior to children, worked in state government, focusing on qualifications policy, IT and data systems, stakeholder engagement and regulation. She has two adorable children, who, like Felicity, thoroughly enjoyed the fun and friendships of playgroup.

     
    Taylor Tran - Elected Member

Taylor Tran was elected in 2015 and has two decades of corporate experience, holds a Master in Business Administration, as well as, a PGDip(Mktg) and BBus(Acc). He specialises in strategy and marketing, and advocates for purpose and customer led organisations. Taylor currently runs a strategy practice and also advises the Australian Marketing Institute and Deakin University in marketing. Previously, Taylor was the Deputy Convenor of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) Advisory Council and was an advisor to Playgroup NSW. With two young kids the Tran family is highly community focussed, currently involved in a preschool management committee and previously involved in running a local playgroup.


     
   

Annette Domanti - Elected Member

Annette was elected to the Board in 2015.  She has undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Chemical Engineering and has worked in the energy industry for 15 years across risk, finance, IT and organisational transformation.  Annette has been Chair of the Hero Apartments’ Owners Corporation for over 5 years and became involved in Playgroup following the birth of her son in 2014.

     
     

Clinton Jury - Expert Member
Clinton was appointed to the board in 2016. Driven by a passion for the education of Children and Adults and the creation of a vibrant communities which bring people together, Clinton is a Director with experience at a state and national level. Clinton has extensive executive experience in leading organisations across adult education, strategic project management, marketing and commercial operations as well as fundraising with more than 22 years involved with not-for-profits across a number of sectors. Clinton has 3 children between 4 and 11 and is currently Chair of Glenelg Primary School and is National Partnerships Manager of Private Business for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.    

     

 

Antony Elliott - Expert Member

Antony is a senior finance executive with broad industry experience including logistics, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, aviation, luxury goods retailing and agriculture. He has public and private company background and board experience as an executive and non-executive director. Antony’s primary focus is in corporate finance, seeking to maximise shareholder value by correctly aligning operational and financial factors and behaviours. This covers reporting metrics, capital allocation, financing, structuring and mergers and acquisitions.Outside of work Antony has a small property breeding sheep. He likes to sail and ski but he doesn’t get to as he has a 3 year-old daughter. Antony has a direct personal interest in early childhood development but also a more general concern to support equality of opportunity at this critical stage of life.   


 



Amanda Lincke - Elected Member

Amanda Lincke was elected to the board in October 2016. For the past 15 years Amanda has been involved in coordinating and running local playgroups. Currently she is the Children and Families Director for the St Hilary's Network. Amanda has also been headed up a number of fund-raising teams in her local community. Before having children Amanda spent 13 years in the Corporate world managing a training department. She has a passion for young families having a positive experience at playgroup.
