Koorie Kits
 The Koorie Playgroup Kit has been developed to encourage development
of quality Koorie playgroups for children aged 0-4 years and their
parent or caregiver including aunties, uncles, nanas and pops.

Development
The Koorie Playgroup Kit was developed in consultation with:
- Victorian Aboriginal Education Association Inc (VAEAI)
- Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA)
- Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA)
- Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD)
- Secretariat of National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care (SNAICC)
- Best Start, Indigenous Reference Group, Darebin
- Victorian Aboriginal Community Services Association Ltd (VACSAL)
- Koorie Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator
- Secretariat of National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care (SNAICC)
- Save the Children Australia
- Community Child Care Association, Resource and Development Unit (CCC).
Funding for production of 50 kits was provided by Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).

Non Koorie playgroups, agencies and organisations can purchase a kit
