Family Membership
 Family Membership is the best way to get maximum Playgroup Victoria benefits.
Family Members get our national playgroup magazine Totline home delivered four times a year and can acces it online in the Member login.
Only Family Members receive a Playgroup Victoria membership card which brings with it discounts to Steve Biddulph parent talks, Playgroup Victoria products and nominated events.
On the flip side of the Playgroup Victoria membership card is an Australian Baby Card which gives Playgroup Victoria Family Members discounts to a range of family goods and services.

New playgroups
Call the New Playgroup Hotline on 1800 171 882 to get help to Start a playgroup or find a venue and then please:
- complete a Playgroup details form and a Session details form
- ask each family to complete a Family Membership form and pay Playgroup Victoria direct OR playgroups can collect membership fees from families and send payment to Playgroup Victoria using one of the options on the payment options form. Note: online payments are not yet available.
- send membership forms to Playgroup Victoria within three weeks so families don't miss out on their membership benefits.
Family Membership comes with comprehensive playgroup insurance. For full cover, it is a requirement that all families attending be current members.
Renewing playgroups
Playgroup contact person
Playgroup attendance lists are regularly sent to playgroup contact people or are available on request. If your contact person has changed or your playgroup has not received attendance lists, please call 1800 171 882 or email membership@playgroup.org.au to get them posted.
To add new sessions, print off and fill in a Session details form, or call 1800 171 882 to get them posted. Ask families to fill in their own Family Membership form and pay their membership direct to Playgroup Victoria, or your playgroup can collect membership fees and send them to Playgroup Victoria using one of the options on the Payment options form. Remember to send membership forms and payments within three weeks so families don't miss out on their member benefits.

Playgroup families
Playgroup families can choose to pay their Playgroup Victoria membership fees to their playgroup or directly to Playgroup Victoria. A Family Membership form is required for each new family.
Individual Family Membership
You don't have to go to a playgroup to have Family Membership. Some families take out membership while waiting to find a suitable playgroup or, just for the great benefits. To join as an individual Family Member complete this Family Membership form.
